LAST_VALUE without proper frame

LAST_VALUE(...) OVER (... ROWS BETWEEN UNBOUNDED PRECEDING AND UNBOUNDED FOLLOWING)

Default frame ends at current row. Specify full frame.

Always specify frame for LAST_VALUE
